Gasworks Condo Remodel

The existing expansive layout was an excellent starting point for this remodel. It just needed a full re-fresh and new life throughout. Working within rigid homeowner association rules, and challenging access, we completely remodeled this 3000 sq ft single story penthouse condo overlooking Gasworks, Lake Union, and the city skyline. We leveraged premium finishes throughout, including custom hardwoods and inlays, along with detailed paneling and herringbone entryway floor to increase the elegance factor. Each room received a delightful face lift while maintain a cohesive light-filled design.
