Innis Arden Remodel

We captured the personality of the family for this mid-century. We utilized creative engineering and drag strutting to open up the kitchen, living, and dining rooms to embrace the open concept main floor while maintaining the exact character and charm of the original mid-century build. Added enhancements include custom walnut cabinetry, Blue Star appliances with a vibrant color package, modern geometric tile patterns, and unique steel accents on fireplaces and the kitchen island. This full remodel also included 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full daylight basement, rec room, cross-fit gym, and garage addition.
